Anthony Gormley’s latest piece of public art is causing a stir in New York City.

A federal suit filed in NY describes a rarefied art market in which artists refuse to sell work to collectors they fear will profiteer.

Guggenheim NY presents "Haunted: Contemporary Photography/ Video/ Performance" it will run through Sept. 6, 2010.
